Instructions for pre-shrinking:
Completing this process will reduce the chance your cloth will shrink once it has been made into a garment.
It is best to wet the cloth out full width. Fill a vessel (a bathtub works well) with enough hot water to cover the fabric. Add some mild detergent (shamoo works great) and allow the fabric to soak for 30 minutes. Drain the water and refill your vessel with enough warm water to cover the cloth and allow it to soak for an additional 15-20 minutes. Line dry.
