This adult pattern is perfect for the lady who wishes to accurately
represent a mature woman of the American Civil War Era. A separate skirt
may be added to this bodice to complete the perfect ensemble for tea or
visiting neighbors. This pattern features instructions for adding small
pockets to the horizontal darts at waistline and a beautiful turkey tail style at the center back waist.

Suggested Supplies For making this Garment
- Approximately 3 1/2 yards fashion fabric such as moire, silk taffeta, silk and wool or silk and linen blend or cotton calico.
- Approximately 3 1/2 yards of lining fabric polished cotton, koa cotton or other stiffened medium wight fabrics
*** Note additional fabric will be required if you choose to cut the sleeves on the bias.
- 5 -1/4" steel bones
-1/8" in cord or piping
